Lounsbury Automotive in Bathurst has an opening for a Variable Operations Coordinator. This role supports the Sales Managers, Sales team and Business Manager to achieve their overall objectives of sales, by providing administrative support. Some key tasks are to maintain the web site, update price of vehicles, and be a back-up to the Business Office.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Business Manager back-up, maintain business office files, manage contracts.
  • Coordinate email campaigns.
  • Review all leads coming through web site and assign to Sales team.
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing dealer trades: complete necessary paperwork, communicate with other dealership, update systems with inventory.
  • Maintaining company Website, maintain database, update price changes of new and used vehicles in systems and web site.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • College diploma or Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
  • Previous experience in a Coordinator is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required.
  • Proficient use of various office based software program, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and can work independently.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques.
  • Able to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles.
  • Busy office setting ? must be able to handle constant interruptions.
  • Work must be done within short timelines.
