As our QA Supervisor, you'll be excited to:

Make it Better - At Farmgirl Flowers we know that the learning never stops, and we're constantly working to improve and be better, faster, stronger. At the core of the QA Supervisor role is working on the warehouse floor to support the QA & Training Assistant Manager in the creation, execution, and continuous enhancements of quality and training programs.

Be the Eyes on the Floor - As the quality point-person on the floor, you'll make sure all bouquets for the day meet our high standard for recipe, color, freshness, and design. You'll ensure that all of our designers are set up for success with the correct flowers in the correct color palette. When flower subs are necessary, you'll collaborate with the Design team to communicate what should be used. You'll learn and execute Farmgirl's approved palettes and use your strong design eye to make judgement calls on the fly.

Learn, Teach, Repeat - As John Wooden said, "It's what you learn after you know it all that counts", and in this constantly growing and changing business, this couldn't be more true. You'll partner with the QA & Training Assistant Manager to seek out information to keep our training best-in-show, and share your learnings, ideas and best practices with others to help people learn and grow.

Every Day is Training Day - As you train and provide feedback to members on the floor, you are consistently kind, constructive and empathetic. You don't mind repeating yourself to make sure that everyone on the floor receives consistent feedback, and can adapt your communication style to help everyone learn and grow. Join the Welcome Committee - With a growing team of new Farmgirl Makers, you'll be one of the first faces our new employees see. You'll support the QA & Training Assistant Manager to train all new hires into the Operations department and start them off on the right foot in their Farmgirl careers. You'll help all new hires get up-to-speed in their work and instill the values and mission of Farmgirl Flowers.
